Verti-Brush

The Verti-Brush quickly and effectively levels and distributes applied or existing infill with powerful hydraulic brushes. The five counter-rotating brushes can easily reach to the base of the turf to loosen and evenly redistribute fill or can be applied to mix and level a new application. The durable poly brushes can be accurately set to a specific depth to achieve a light surface brush-in or aggressively mix and loosen the deepest fill.

Verti-Broom

For brushing and striping of artificial turf, nothing beats the proven Verti-Broom. The highly effective triangular arrangement of the brushes will straighten and groom each grass blade for an attractive and realistic finish to the synthetic turf. The stiff, long wearing poly-bristles quickly and efficiently brush surface infill to an even and level finish. Now available in two sizes to best suit your needs.

Verti-Top 1500

Regular maintenance of artificial turf is necessary to keep playing surfaces clean, bacteria-free and allow water infiltration. The Verti-Top 1500 employs a highly effective synthetic rotary brush to remove debris and toplayer infill from the turf, then sifts the debris out in a unique vibratory shaker which redistributes the clean infill back on the field. Finishing the work is a rear lag brush, leaving a clean and smooth playing surface. Now with Optional Vacuum Attachment.

Verti-Top WB

The Walk-Behind Verti-Top is ideal for smaller applications and tighter areas. Utilizing the same innovative cleaning technology as the tractor mount version, the walk-behind quickly and effectively removes debris and top layer infill while gently brushing and grooming the turf fibers. The removed material is sifted out in a vibratory shaker screen with the clean infill being returned to the turf and the debris sifted into an easy-to-empty bin. The Walk-Behind is equipped with a quiet and powerful Briggs & Stratton Intek 6.5 HP engine for long life and trouble-free performance.

Verti-Air

A common problem with artificial turf is debris and bacteria buildup deep down within the infill. This problem is compounded by compaction of the material, restricting drainage through the backing material and creating damp, stagnant areas. To address these problems, the Verti-Air utilizes a rotary brush and turbine compressed air to lift all material out of the turf, dry and filter the material, sift out the debris and return the clean, dry and decompacted infill back into the turf. Even the lightest debris is removed with the exclusive fine filter screen. The Verti-Air is the ideal tool to regularly revitalize and purify any artificial turf field right down to it's base.

Verti-Groom

To brush, loosen and decompact the hardest infill, the Verti-Groom is equipped with a variety of interchangeable tools.

The spring steel flexible tines gently lift and break up compacted areas while effectively mixing and incorporating sand infill. Mounted separately or with the spring tines, specially configured rear poly brushes straighten and lift the turf fibers leaving them in a plush and upright for a soft and level playing surface.

Verti-Rake

The Verti-Rake decompacts synthetic turf surfaces using thin spring-loaded flexible rakes which scratch through the infill while lifting the turf fibers to stand up like new.

The Verti-Rake is ideal to use on those occasions when the turf fibers are become covered by infill due to a variety of causes.

The rakes are integrated in a special protection device that will prevent the loss of rakes during operation.

During field construction the Verti-Rake is ideal to work the infill in, while the rakes are pulling the fibers up.

Verti-Spray

The Redexim Trailed Sprayer is an excellent tool for any turf spray application. Easily coupled to most any tow vehicle, the 12 volt sprayer quickly disperses up to 65 gallons of Redexim ATD (artificial turf disinfectant) and other liquids such as static reducing mixes, or plain water to cool the playing surface.

TurfD™

TurfD is the only do-it-yourself, EPA registered antimicrobial treatment specifically designed for synthetic turf systems. Delivering over one year of durable antimicrobial efficacy, TurfD continually inhibits the growth of a wide array of bacteria, mold and fungi on every component of a turf system. Applying TurfD will eliminate odor and other issues associated with microbial contaminants without leaching chemicals or heavy metals into the environment. TurfD meets NFL and NCAA standards for turf treatment and has been independently tested to prove traction and rotational control for sport of play. It remains the only antimicrobial treatment independently tested and proven for sport surfaces.

SportsClean™ Plus

Prior to applying TurfD it is important to properly clean the turf surface. SportsClean Plus is a cleaner disinfectant designed to work in synergy with TurfD antimicrobial technology. It kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria and is effective against a wide array of illness-causing microorganisms such as MRSA, staph, VRE, MRSE and other harmful bacteria and pathogenic fungi. The regular maintenance cleaning of synthetic turf systems is important; SportsClean Plus is highly recommended as a regular maintenance cleaner and disinfectant.

TurfRestore™

TurfRestore enhances appearance by restoring vibrant color to faded turf, protects against damaging ultraviolet rays, improves fibers ability to stay intact, and slows the aging process. Its excellent adhesion to polypropylene, polyethylene, and nylon surfaces makes TurfRestore an extremely durable and cost-effective product for turf maintenance.

Speed of Play™

Speed of Play delivers an anti-skid component to fields that allows for better traction and grip on wet or dry fields. It also improves friction, slowing ball movement for better speed controls.

MossControl™

Formulated to inhibit moss growth, Moss Control provides a safe alternative to bleaching or power washing. It is a cost effective solution to increasing the lifespan of synthetic turf systems and will not break down the synthetic grass system or adhesives.
